Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and technical explanations to clients.
- Assist the sales team in closing deals by addressing technical queries and concerns.
Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address ongoing needs.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
Pre- and Post-Sales Support:
- Prepare detailed proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and timelines.
- Provide training and support to customers post-purchase to ensure product integration and satisfaction.
Market Research and Strategy:
- Identify potential new markets and customer needs.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to improve offerings.
Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts in CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
Experience
- 0-3 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or a related role.
