Key Responsibilities:
 
Sales Support:
  • Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and technical explanations to clients.
  • Assist the sales team in closing deals by addressing technical queries and concerns.
Customer Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address ongoing needs.
Product Knowledge:
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
Pre- and Post-Sales Support:
  • Prepare detailed proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and timelines.
  • Provide training and support to customers post-purchase to ensure product integration and satisfaction.
Market Research and Strategy:
  • Identify potential new markets and customer needs.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team to improve offerings.
Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts in CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.

Experience

  • 0-3 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or a related role.
