Description
- Working experience on siemens Controller
- Making programmer for job manually on a controller and on CAM software (mastercam) as per the drawings and/or CAD files given by designer
- Manual programming
- Job setting on machine
- Manual Lathe and milling operations
- Assisting design
- Engineer and technicians during mould assembly
- Quality inspection machined parts
- Assisting design
- Engineer in feasibility study
- Inventory management for cutting tools and machine consumables using IMS
- Maintaining job card/ log book using PMS
- Periodic maintenance of machine tools
- CAD Experience
- Work experience in die & mold industry
- Engineering drawing reading
- Knowledge of different cutting tools and measuring instruments
- Basic knowledge on CNC milling operations and programming
- Working experience with variety of raw materials knowledge on GD&T (geometric dimensioning and tolerancing)
Qualifications
- Diploma in tool and die making/Diploma in tool and die engineering/Certificate course in machinist tool room
Certificate course in cnc milling and turning/Advance certificate course in cnc machining/Post Diploma in tool design and CAD CAM
Experience
- 2 to 4 years
