Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Plant Operations: Manage day-to-day production, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop plant teams to achieve production targets and maintain a high-performance culture.
- Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, reducing waste, improving efficiency, and maintaining product quality.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety regulations and fostering a culture of safety.
- Budget Management: Control plant budget, manage costs, and optimize resource utilization to meet financial targets.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet all quality standards and customer specifications.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all regulatory and industry standards, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Skill Requirement::
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and health & safety regulations.
- Proven experience in rubber optimizing manufacturing processes, cost management, and quality control.
Financial and budget management experience. - Project management, quality control, safety compliance, financial acumen, strategic planning, communication, and regulatory knowledge.
- Adaptability and strategic thinking to align plant goals with business objectives.
