Responsibilities
- Inspect, test, and sample materials or assembled parts or products for defects and deviations from specifications.
- Observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications and make or order necessary process
- Knowledge of QC Documents
- Customer complaint handling
- 8D, CAPA(Corrective Action & Preventive Action)
- Team management
- Coordinate with production team and coordinators/sales team
Qualifications
- Degree /Diploma in Rubber Technology or Polymer Engineering/ Mechanical
Experience
- Rubber product manufacturing
- 1-3 yrs in QC
Skill Requirement
- Basic Math skills
- Technical drawing reading
- Handling inspection equipment,
- QMS
- Team management
- Basic Rubber properties
- Organized(data keeping) and multitasking
- Calm under pressure/ Handling rejection
