Location – Umargam (Gujarat)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage quality control and assurance processes.
- Quality check incoming materials and finished products.
- Identify and address rejections and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality-related processes.
- Create quality reports like 8D, CAPA, etc.
- Train and educate team members on quality standards and procedures.
- Coordinate with external quality auditors when necessary.
Skill Requirement:
- In-depth knowledge of quality control and assurance processes.
- Reading technical drawings
- Attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Knowledge of basic rubber properties
Qualifications
- Degree /Diploma in Rubber Technology or Polymer Engineering/ Mechanical
Experience
- 5-8 years experience as QC/QA Executive in a manufacturing environment.
