Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the formulation and development of rubber compounds for various applications.
- Conduct laboratory tests and experiments to ensure product quality and performance.
- Analyze the physical and chemical properties of raw materials and finished products.
- Support production processes by troubleshooting and optimizing rubber formulations.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for experiments and product evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and quality control.
- Stay updated on advancements in rubber technology and materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Rubber Technology, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of rubber compounding, vulcanization processes, and material properties.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment used in rubber testing (e.g., rheometers, hardness testers, tensile testing machines).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges
