Roles & responsibilities
-Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the different teams.
-Ensure that all MIS processes are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
-Communicate with all the teams to ensure that all processes are running smoothly.
-Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
-Monitor and report on the performance of the processes to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
-Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
–Bachelor’s degree in any stream, Business Administration(preferred) , Operations Management, or a related field.
Key Skills
-Strong organizational and communication, followup skills.
-Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
