About the Role

Lead Generation representatives provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas and company objectives. Responsible for generating leads through phone calls, social media and emails.

Roles & responsibilities

-Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.

-Maintain an accurate log of activity.

-Contact prospects to qualify leads

-Make outgoing cold calls and emails to develop new business

-Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects

-Provide accurate and timely information to management

-Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadlines;

-Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process

Requirements

–Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration

-1-2-year(s) experience in Lead Generation

Key Skills

-Excellent English communication (verbal and written)

-Experience with cold calling

-Experience with research and maintaining databases

-Proficient in MS Office programs

-Strong project and time management skills

-Experience working with Domestic and International campaigns (preferred)

-A proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
