Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee mixing mill operations to ensure efficient and quality rubber compound production.
- Manage compounding process for various rubber formulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of mixing equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Collaborate with production teams to address any issues and improve mixing efficiency.
- Perform quality control tests on rubber compounds to meet specified standards.
- Maintain accurate records of mixing processes, formulations, and test results.
Skills Requirement:
- Experience in managing mixing mill operations in a rubber manufacturing industry .
- Strong understanding of rubber compounding
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and testing methods.
- Excellent record-keeping abilities.
