Key Responsibilities:
- Identify relevant tenders from portals, government sites, and other sources.

- Analyze tender documents, drawings, scope of work, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather required data for preparing estimates.
- Prepare cost estimates including material, labor, overhead, and logistics.
Ensure all tender submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted on time. - Maintain tender trackers and documentation for future reference.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients for pricing support. - Liaise with the technical team to ensure estimation aligns with project feasibility.
- Monitor competitors’ pricing strategies and market trends.
Follow up on submitted tenders to understand results and improve future bids. - Conduct customer visits and meetings for tender-related requirements, coordinate for bid submissions, and perform post-bid analysis in case of unsuccessful tenders.
Skill Requirement:
- Knowledge of tendering processes, costing, and contract terms.
- Strong documentation skills and tender portals
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in tendering, estimation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Engineering or relevant field (preferred for technical understanding).
